1. How will my order ship?
   Most orders ship UPS Ground. Depending on the distributor of your item, they may use another shipping method at their discretion. Your items may arrive in seperate shipments from different locations. A tracking number for each item will be emailed upon shipment of your items.

2. Is my online order secure?
   All of our orders are processed with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption that ensures your credit card purchase, as well as your personal information remains private and safe. Your privacy is very important to us, and we never share your personal information with any other companies.

3. Do you have a printed catalog?
   No. Due to our large and ever changing selection of products it is not possible to keep a current updated catalog.

5. Is rush delivery available?
   Rush delivery is available on most items. You may choose the express shipping option at the end of the order process. **This will not speed up the processing time of the order, but it will expedite the shipping time.** Please allow the 3-5 days to process the order, then allow 2 days ship time. The fee for rush shipping is an additional $15.00 plus the standard ship fee up to $100 order cost. For orders over $100 the express shipping fee will be 20% of the total order. Please call customer service with any questions regarding express shipping.
